Cancellation & Refund

the following penalties are agreed in case of total or partial cancellation

40% over 80 days before the date of the tour

90% in between 79 and 14 days before the tour

100% within the last 13 days before the tour

The Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that the services provided shall be deemed duly performed and remain valid regardless of the weather conditions on the scheduled trip dates. Accordingly, no refund, compensation, or reimbursement shall be due on the grounds of adverse or unfavorable weather conditions.
