Booking and payment

• balance rate 30 days before the departure date

Cancellation & Refund

the following penalties are agreed in case of total or partial cancellation

• 40% over 80 days before the date of the tour

• 90% in between 79 and 14 days before the tour

• 100% within the last 13 days before the tour

The Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that the services provided shall be deemed duly performed and remain valid regardless of the weather conditions on the scheduled trip dates. Accordingly, no refund, compensation, or reimbursement shall be due on the grounds of adverse or unfavorable weather conditions.
