Cancellation & Refund

The Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that the services provided shall be deemed duly performed and remain valid regardless of the weather conditions on the scheduled trip dates. Accordingly, no refund, compensation, or reimbursement shall be due on the grounds of adverse or unfavorable weather conditions.
